Privacy Policy
Effective: June 7, 2026 (provisional — service in preparation)
The service (the Needs Exchange) is currently in preparation; no sales or transactions are taking place. This policy covers personal data handled when you sign up for early-access notifications or contact us during the preparation period. It will be updated at launch.

2. What we collect
- LINE official-account follow & messages: if you opt in to notifications, the identifier and display name assigned via LINE Yahoo Corporation, and the content of messages you send.
- Inquiries: your email address, name (optional), and message content when you contact us by email.
- Information you choose to provide: e.g. categories you're interested in, preferred language.
- Access data: pages viewed, browser/OS type, referrer, and cookies. We use Google Analytics (GA4); your IP address may be collected and briefly processed by the analytics provider.
3. Why we use it
- To contact you about preparation for, and delivery of, the service
- To send notifications about listings (leads) becoming available or changing
- To respond to your inquiries
- To improve the quality and usability of the site (analytics)
- To comply with law and prevent misuse
We do not use the information beyond the purposes above.
4. Legal basis (EEA / UK visitors)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for notifications and for responding to inquiries you initiate, and on our legitimate interests for site analytics and security. You may withdraw consent at any time (see section 8).
5. Processors & third parties
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties without your consent except as required by law. We use the following services to operate; each handles data under its own privacy policy.

6. International transfer
Some of the services above may process data on servers outside your country (including outside Japan and the EEA). Those providers handle data under their own policies and applicable law.
7. Retention & security
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, and take reasonable measures to prevent loss, leakage, or damage. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it promptly.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction on the use of your personal data, and object to or withdraw consent for its processing. You can stop LINE notifications at any time by blocking or unfollowing the account. To exercise any of these, email support@niixo.xyz.
9. Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site usage. You can refuse collection by disabling cookies in your browser or using Google's opt-out tools.
10. Changes
We may revise this policy as needed; changes take effect when posted on this page. We will announce material changes on the site.
