Preparing — intake hasn't opened yet

We do the sourcing research
for people who sell Japan to the world.

We research, match, and verify the single-unit items that can be sourced in Japan and resold on overseas marketplaces at a margin, then deliver them to pro export sellers. Outsource hours of research and checking for a fraction of the profit. We're preparing this for a small group of export sellers.

We're still preparing. Intake hasn't opened. We're building up checked examples and the tooling, starting with a single corridor — Japan → US eBay — in a small, private group. For early access, see below.

What we deliver

A verified profit lead. For example: "there's exactly one of this item on a Japanese marketplace, and on US eBay it clears a margin even after fees, shipping, and duties" — the result of finding, matching, and checking. Because stock is usually one, that item goes to just one seller (no duplicates, no mutual collapse).

How we deliver

  1. We research: we match the proof of overseas demand (recent eBay Sold) against domestic sourcing candidates, and verify it's black on take-home.
  2. We fit it to your terms: target categories, profit threshold, destination country — only what fits your terms, delivered as an ongoing feed.
  3. The source goes only to the recipient: the source URL is disclosed only to the seller it's handed to. Item names, URLs, and photos stay off the public page.
  4. Full refund if it's gone: if the item isn't buyable at hand-off (sold out, price jumped), our system determines stock and refunds in full.

We don't build flashy public-auction machinery. What we care about is handing leads to a few pros — quietly, reliably, honestly.

Why you can trust it

Verification is real

Whether it's the same item and whether take-home clears are judged through several guards. Profit is shown as a conservative, evidence-backed range with Sold comps.

Exclusivity is real

We never sell the same lead to several sellers and let them collide. A single-unit lead goes to one person only. No duplicates.

The guarantee is real

If the item turns out not to be buyable, you get a full refund. Stock status is confirmed by our own tooling, not your word.

Hiding the source is how we protect you

We show the proof of demand (that it sells), but the source is disclosed only to the seller who receives it. We keep the specific item name, source URL, and photos off the public page to stop it being snatched, and to protect the buyer's margin. "The value is provable, but the stock can't be identified" — that asymmetry is the core.

Who's behind it

We're makers who've done export research by hand ourselves. "It sells but you can't source it," "the margin melts into fees and shipping" — from the walls we actually hit, we're assembling the checking steps one by one. That's exactly why we separate, honestly, what can be checked from what can't. We don't inflate.

Notes Japan→US eBay export profit, what it's really like What we found matching items by hand (2026 Q2). The reality, and the true bottleneck.
